Hello again, Week 8 is here and it marks the halfway point of the season. I may have been a week late on the Bortles pick last week. He could be the QB#1 this week after all that garbage time on Thursday. But, as usual I’m focusing on the Sunday 1pm slate this week, there are 6 teams on bye and there’s an early 9am game so there are only 10 games on the slate this week. As always there are the obvious and not so obvious picks and I’m here to help you navigate through all these matchups and find the guys that can get you those big numbers and get you above the cash line in your tournaments.

Hello again, and welcome to week 7 of my DraftKings weekly column, where I offer up some my picks each week for the 1pm Sunday only slate. It looks like a bit of a tough week this week, I don’t like the matchups for a lot of the more expensive guys and there’s not many obvious bargains. So, I’m mostly covering the middle tier guys this week. Hopefully, I can help you fill any holes you might already have in your lineups or help you start fresh and give you a core group of guys that you can build your own lineup around. Continue reading

Week Six is upon us and I’m back with some more DraftKings picks for you to consider for your lineups. My high price picks last week worked out a lot better than the bargains, go figure. Finding great value at a low price can be difficult but that’s the name of the game. Find the cheap guy that’s going to earn 6-8 times his projected value so you can plug all the big stars that you know will do well. This week looks like it’s going to be another tough week to find that bargain player. Last week it was Cameron Meredith and Sammie Coates. Both of these guys are reasonably priced this week and will likely see similar workloads. Although defenses won’t be caught off guard by them again now that we’ve seen what they’re capable of. Plus, I don’t like chasing points from last week. I might have them in one or two lineups just because they fit well, but otherwise I won’t have a ton of them. Now, let’s find that sleeper and get some solid picks into your lineups. Continue reading

Hopefully your week three was better than mine. The week wasn’t a total loss thanks to the Monday-Thursday slate. I’m not apologizing for the picks that didn’t work out last week. Every player that goes into these columns each week are in my own lineups in one way or another. So now the ‘way off week three” is behind us, it’s on to better things this week. We have a couple nice matchups and injuries to work with this week. Let’s get right into it.

Welcome to week 2 daily fantasy fans. If you stacked Brees and Co., sprinkled in some Oakland receivers with Spencer Ware you probably cashed in everything you entered this past weekend. I didn’t do so bad myself, but there’s always room for improvement. And like my Math professor says “Practice, make it perfect like Michael Jordan.” Here are this week’s picks, hopefully they help fill out your lineups.
